If you haven't worked with metal miniatures before you definitely want to take note. These must be washed with soap and water. They oil residue left on the model after casting will prevent glue and primer from sticking. I find an old tooth brush is perfect for getting into the creases to ensure no residue is left. When priming be sure to let it fully dry before painting or touching. Primer doesn't stick as well to metal as it does to plastic or resin. When gluing this model together, be sure to glue at all points of contact. Metal minis are notorious for breaking when dropped. This will ensure most if your model will remain intact if it is dropped. Most importantly you MUST give this model a clear coat or finish after painting. The paint chips very easy unless given a coat for protection. Plus the varnish/clear coat will act as a glue and help hold the model together. I hope this helps!

P.S this goes for all metal minis not just these. Their difficulty is not a product of poor craftsmanship or poor quality control. It's just the nature of the beast that is metal minis. Enjoy!
