With Feldherr foam grids, you can easily create customized foam trays. The pre-cut grid offers a suitable solution for a variety of items, such as photo cases, bulky objects, or miniatures.

The foam is quick and easy to handle. By removing individual foam blocks, the foam can be easily adapted to the individual shape of the goods to be packaged. The perforated foam can be removed by hand and without tools.

This 40 mm high full-size insert features a pre-cut 14 mm x 14 mm grid. It's ideal for transporting delicate items such as medium-sized tabletop miniatures, technical equipment, and tools.

The foam insert is fully perforated along its entire height. The base is available separately. For optimal protection of the packaged goods from below, we recommend using a 10 mm thick base, such as item FS010B.

The insert is given additional stability by the surrounding, approximately 15 mm wide edge.
